Why Luxano Labs was founded.
Luxano Labs Inc. was founded in 2022 with a specific conviction: that the gap between advice and working systems is where most transformation programmes fail.
Organizations commission strategies that are never implemented, or commission implementations that were never properly designed. Research produces findings that never reach an operational system. Software is delivered without the institutional capacity to run it.
We built Luxano Labs to close that gap - to combine technology, research, and innovation in one company capable of taking a problem from diagnosis through to a system that an organization owns and operates.

Luxano Labs opens its first regional office in Mogadishu, Somalia - establishing direct presence in the region and the ability to deliver alongside the institutions we support.

Why we are Luxano Labs.
"Labs" represents our commitment to research, experimentation, engineering excellence, and turning ideas into practical solutions.
We began as an innovation lab. We became a technology company. We are now a consulting and implementation firm. At no stage did we drop what came before - each capability was kept and built upon.
Some firms would have retired the name as they moved into consulting. We kept it, because it describes something that remains true: we test before we recommend, we prototype before we commit, and we hold ourselves to engineering standards in work that is not always engineering.
A ministry modernizing a licensing system and a utility rebuilding its data platform are both, in the end, engineering problems wrapped in institutional ones. "Labs" is how we say that we treat them that way.
